Koka jordgubbar med vatten i kastrullen tills bären tinar. 2. Tillsätt syltsockret.  3. Koka sakta upp under omrörning, låt puttra i 10 minuter.  4. Låt svalna i 30 minuter, skumma om det behövs.  5. När sylten svalnat häll upp den i varma, väl rengjorda glasburkar. Förslut ordentligt och förvara svalt. Vispad grädde: 1. Vispa grädde och tillsätt en nypa socker. Mandlar: 1. Rosta mandlarna i en skvätt olja tills de får en fin färg. Våfflor:  1. Blanda alla ingredienserna till en slät smet. Låt stå i ½ timme. 2. Grädda med en våffeljärn tills du har en gyllenbrun våffla.  3.
