Tvätta citronen och riv skalet. Rör ner zesten och citronjuice i olivoljan. 2. Fräs kantarellerna i olivolja i en gryta. Tillsätt riset och stek ytterligare några minuter. 3. Tillsätt vitt vin och låt allting koka under omrörning på svag värme, i ca 10 min. 4. När riset nästan är genomkokt tillsätt smör, riven ost, honung, citronolja och rosmarin. Smaka av och tillsätt mer ost, salt, peppar eller honung om du önskar. 5.
