Skala och skär grönsakerna och rotfrukterna i ungefär lika stora bitar 2. Lägg rotfrukterna på en plåt och tillsätt kantareller. Ringla över olivolja, salta och peppra. 3. Ungsbaka i minst 45 min, i 225 °C (beroende på hur stora bitarna är) tills rotfrukterna är mjuka. 4. Njut som sådan eller servera med en traditionell  renskav eller vårt Vardagsskav.
